Abstract
|

|
Twin pregnancy is not a rare problems in the section of abnormal pregnancies.
But clinically it has a very important situations because the consequent ces of high perinatal mortality and maternal complications occur.
In the recent study, we submitted 23 cases of twin pregnancy admitted to obstetric ward, Sacred Heart Hospital among 1, 947 deliverics (1971~1973).
The author has briefly discussed with a review of literatures for the various methods of the managing obstetric complications.
